Workshops - Summer Street Tote Bag or Cushion - Monday 18th August 2025

Would you like to come to my workshop and make your very own Summer Street tote bag or cushion? We will spend the morning getting to grips with free-motion machine embroidery on a practice piece.  The rest of the day will be spent embroidering your street scene and  turning it into a beautiful tote bag or 14" cushion cover.

My unique summer street scene captures the charm of the Yorkshire Dales with a row of little colourful houses nestled beneath the heather covered hills. 

Your roomy tote bag will measure 38cms x 38cms with approx 64cm long straps. 

If you chose to make a cushion cover it will suit a 14" cushion pad.

This workshop is perfect for beginners+ and includes the following:

Tote Bag

1 x printed Summer Street panel.

1 x back panel piece (denim)

1 x internal pocket (navy and blue ticking)

2 x lining pieces (navy and blue ticking)

2 x straps (denim)

1 x 10 page, A4, colour  instruction booklet. 

Cushion Cover

1 x printed Summer Street panel.

1 x back panel piece (denim)

Piping edging.

Cushion pad (at an additional cost of £4)

1 x 10 page, A4, colour  instruction booklet for the tote bag.
