Workshop - Fabric bowl with applique houses - Sunday 24th August 2025

A fabric bowl with a little row of appliqued houses brought to life using free-motion machine embroidery

Suitable for beginners.

In this one day course I will teach you how to design and make your own fabric bowl (18cm dia x 15cm tall). You will have access to my personal stash of new and vintage fabrics and I will show you how to create your very own street scene. It looks great with a plant (with a drip tray) or your general bits and bob. It also makes a lovely desk/dressing table tidy.

We will spend the morning practicing free-motion machine embroidery and then together we will create your street scene using a selection of my pre-prepared fabrics. If you have any fabrics of your own that you would like to incorporate into your design, please feel free to bring them with you.

This workshop includes:

 1 x A4, colour instruction booklet.

All fabrics and materials to create 1 x fabric bowl.
